How many people can your venues hold?
Indoor events: Up to 35 guests
Outdoor events: 50-80 guests (ask for referrals for tents & outdoor furniture!)
Larger Celebrations: Ask about our venue partnerships! We can provide bridal party lodging in tandem with larger reception venues, several of which are within walking distance.
How many guest rooms are included?
ROSEBRIAR MANSION
7 guest suites, including Carriage House Honeymoon Suite & Garden Suite. Each has an en-suite full bathroom.
Sleeps 14 adults or up to 18 with kids (or adults willing to sleep on the top bunk!)
CITOVIC MANSION
6 guest suites with full bathrooms
Sleeps up to 17 overnight guests
VAN DUSEN HOUSE
Available for lodging only
5 guest rooms, 4.5 bathrooms
Sleeps up to 10 overnight guests
what is the Minimum Stay?
Event Package & Vacation Rental:
~ 3-nights included when booking 3+ months ahead
~ 2-nights may be available when booking less than 3 months ahead, inquire for details.
Carriage House or Garden Suite at Rosebriar Mansion:
~ 2-night minimum
What is the KITCHEN ARRANGEMENT?
Each property has a newly-renovated chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances & fully-stocked dishware
Formal Dining Rooms Seat 10-20, Depending on the Venue
