How many people can your venue hold?
Indoor events: 40 guests
Outdoor events: 75 guests
Larger Celebrations: Ask about our water-front event venue for groups larger than 75 guests
How many guest rooms are included?
7 guest suites, including Carriage House Honeymoon Suite & Garden Suite. Each has an en-suite full bathroom.
Sleeps 14 adults or up to 18 with kids (or adults willing to sleep on the top bunk!)

what is the Minimum Stay?
Event Package & Vacation Rental:
~ 3-nights included when booking 3+ months ahead
~ 2-nights may be available when booking less than 3 months ahead, inquire for details.

~ 2-night minimum
What is the KITCHEN ARRANGEMENT?
Vacation Rental: For groups in need of lodging without an event, we offer the option to exclude the full kitchen at a lower rate. See our Airbnb listings or inquire for details.
Event Venue Package: Formal Dining Room & Chef’s Kitchen Included! Fully renovated in 2022 to include 10-ft island 48” range, column fridge & freezer (and best river view in town!), as well formal dining room with long farm table to ~20 guests at one table
